I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years specialising in strength training and pre/post natal exercise. My training journey began as I entered into a phase of my own life in which I battled with weight gain and a total lack of control over my own fitness post children.

My main focus is small group training and larger circuit sessions. I have moved into this space after a few years with my private client base of which I now run alongside my primary groups.

I adore my role and the fulfilment I get from seeing the potential in each and every client.

I will always support any member that comes to me regardless of ability and make it my aim to help you find a love for exercise.
