Mindful Walk and Meditation Session

Date: February 8th, 2025  Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm

Region: Nurturing Mind, Body, and Spirit through Holistic Wellness and Nature

Event Details:

Join Bee Sober and Tim Jones (Nidra by Nature) for a slow mindful walk followed by a meditation session helping you to reconnect back to yourself and nature.

If you have found yourself caught up on the hustle and bustle of life recently then this is the perfect way to ground yourself and embrace nature in its most beautiful form.

We'll start the session with a slow walk, stopping every so often to observe each of the 5 senses and embrace the different elements of nature.

This will be followed by a meditation and grounding session exploring the 8 qualities of breathing.

Who this is for:

If you struggle with a busy mind and are looking to relax then this session is definitely a great practice for you. The walk is short slow and more about reconnecting so is for all abilities.

What to bring:

Waterproofs as we'll be outdoors, water for after the meditation session (please do not drink or eat an hour before). Something to sit on eg, towel or dry mat.

Location: The Lay by opposite Owd Betts Pub, Edenfield Road, Rochdale, OL12 7TY
